These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through Relocate Norway and the website relocatenorway.com.
1. About Relocate Norway
Relocate Norway provides digital informational products designed to help people understand the process of moving to Norway, including employment, immigration routes, public authorities, preparation and settlement.
Business identification details will be added here before commercial launch.
2. Digital Product
The product currently offered is a downloadable PDF guide titled Moving to Norway for Work – The Complete Step-by-Step Relocation Guide (2026 Edition).
The product is delivered digitally. No physical product will be shipped.
3. Prices and Payment
The price displayed at checkout is the price applicable to your purchase. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers integrated with Payhip.
Depending on your location, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion charges or other fees outside the control of Relocate Norway.
4. Delivery
After successful payment, access to the digital product is normally provided electronically through Payhip. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and for ensuring that you are able to download and open PDF files.
5. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
Digital content may be made available immediately after purchase.
Where applicable law allows the statutory right of withdrawal to be lost for digital content supplied immediately, this requires the customer's express prior consent to immediate delivery and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.
If the legal requirements for loss of the right of withdrawal have not been satisfied, any statutory withdrawal rights that apply to the customer remain unaffected.
6. Refunds
Because the product is digital and can be accessed shortly after purchase, refunds are generally not offered simply because a customer changes their mind after receiving access, except where required by applicable law.
If you experience a technical problem, receive the wrong product, are charged incorrectly, or believe the product is materially defective, contact us so we can investigate the issue.
7. Personal Use Licence
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the guide for your own personal use.
You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, upload, publish, share, sublicense or otherwise make the guide available to third parties without prior written permission from Relocate Norway.
8. Intellectual Property

These Terms are governed by Norwegian law, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that may apply to customers under the laws of their country of residence.
